Typical Girls Songwriting Workshop
This 2 session Songwriting Workshop is for everyone who is interested in beginning or developing their own songwriting process.
Session 1 will be on Zoom - we'll explore our new beginnings theme, and work through a guided process for generating lyrics, melodies and (optional) chord progressions in the comfort of your own space, with opportunities to share your song draft/s with the group. Bring an instrument or just work on lyrics and vocal melody.
Session 2 will be on August 20 in person in Coburg, after 2 weeks to work on / edit your song/s at home. This will be a song sharing session, with the opportunity to receive feedback for those who would like that.
