HALF DAY WATERCOLOUR WORKSHOP at the Portsea Gallery.
This session is not suitable for beginners.

A fun and instructional class with Pete Porteous, a renowned watercolour artist and experienced art tutor. The theme of this class is marine - featuring boats. You'll leave with one to two finished pieces, depending on what your individual preference is on the day.

Class fee includes bubbles, sparkling water and small bites!

LIST OF WHAT TO BRING
- your preferred watercolour paints
- 2 sheets A3 sized watercolour paper or larger if you prefer
- watercolour mop brushes of a few different sizes
- flat watercolour brushes of a few different sizes
- any other watercolour brushes that you'd like to bring
- kneadable eraser
- HB pencil (or H4)
- roll of masking tape or Scotch paper tape, about 1cm wide
- plastic watercolour palette or dinner plate size plastic plates
- MDF board to tape your paper to (or plywood if you don't have MDF)
- hand-towel or absorbent cloth
- paper towel

We're located between the Portsea pier and the Portsea pub.
Free 2 hour parking in the carpark opposite.
