New to the gym? Foundations is an 8-week program designed specifically for teenagers aged 13–17 who want to learn how to train properly.Each session builds on the last, developing technique, strength, and confidence in a structured, coach-led environment. Jam-packed with educations, wellness and a take-home booklet for every member.
