In this immersive 2 hour workshop, your daughter will learn:
- What emotional intelligence is and why it matters
- The difference between feelings and behaviour
- How to recognise emotions in herself and others (and grow her EQ!)
- How to use the Emotions Wheel to check in and
- The self awareness to know what’s really going on for her
PLUS fun games and an Art & craft activity tailored to the learning.
