Creating Futures: The Balwyn High School ExperienceOn this occasion, we welcome back Balwyn High School alumnus Lee Simon, who will be joined by a distinguished panel of fellow alumni to explore how the attributes developed through the Balwyn High School Graduate Profile, alongside the values they embraced and the choices they made, shaped their character and defined their futures. Through a series of engaging conversations and reflections, our alumni will share the diverse pathways they have pursued since graduating from Balwyn High School, the challenges they have navigated, and the lessons they have learned along the way. Their stories will showcase how the capabilities of the Balwyn High School Graduate Profile, communication, collaboration, critical and creative thinking, character strength, commitment to excellence and continuous learning, have shaped their decisions, influenced their pathways and contributed to their success beyond school. The event will be highly relevant to students in Years 7–12 and their families, offering valuable insights how the capabilities developed through the Balwyn High School Graduate Profile help shape character, foster a sense of purpose, enhance employability and equip young people to make meaningful contributions to society long after they leave school.
