ALCHEMY 5Rhythms Shadows Workshop
Location
Newcastle Waldorf School
About
Melbourne-based teacher Meredith Davies returns to Newcastle to offer this weekend workshop. A deep dive into the Shadows Map of the 5Rhythms Cosmology.
Bring curiosity and movement into the places where we get stuck, intense, confused, distracted and zoned out.
The weekend will be a playful, open hearted exploration of the human condition that will cultivate a new way of experiencing old patterns.
We will harvest gold from the way we resist, realise the gifts and have fun while doing it.
SCHEDULE:
Friday night 6:30 - 9pm: Both part of the workshop and open to dancers not attending the full weekend (Limited numbers)
Saturday & Sunday 10am - 5pm: Dancers must attend both days
This counts as 2.5 days of Waves hours – prerequisites for the 5Rhythms teacher training.
