celebrating chocolate & chair yoga

About
Join Sisko Chocolate & Shanti Studio for a cosy afternoon celebrating chocolates & chair yoga this winter.
Gather at the Sisko's Flagstaff HQ, nestled in the township of Trentham, to sit, savour & celebrate the senses.
Starting with a delight of a chocolate tasting - connecting the eyes, nose & tastebuds to the joys of mindfully experiencing chocolate.
Then connect mind, body & breath as we move through a compassionate, chair-based yoga flow.
Finally coming to rest, to enjoy the warmth & comfort a hot chocolate can offer.
