Starting with a delight of a chocolate tasting - connecting the eyes, nose & tastebuds to the joys of mindfully experiencing chocolate.
Then connect mind, body & breath as we move through a compassionate, chair-based yoga flow.
Finally coming to rest, to enjoy the warmth & comfort a hot chocolate can offer.
