Ballet Level 1 is a foundational class for dancers with a basic grasp of terminology or those who have completed an absolute beginner course. It emphasizes proper alignment, French vocabulary, and fundamental movements. The typical 60-minute format transitions from barre exercises to centre work and finishes with a closing reverence.What to WearAttire:
Form-fitting clothing that allows the instructor to see your body alignment, such as a leotard with tights, or leggings and a fitted athletic shirt.
Shoes: Proper ballet shoes (canvas or leather), fitted snugly to the foot so the toes can articulate.
Hair: Tied back neatly, usually in a classical ballet bun, to keep it off the face and back of the neck.
Make sure you bring a bottle of water.
Drop in classes are $30. Book for 5 classes and pay $125
