This group supervision session will look at the core principles of the CO-OP approach and how they can support clients to problem solve and work through performance challenges. This is a reflective space to explore prinicples and consider how to apply them to your clients.
We will cover:
- An overview of CO-OP and the Goal-Plan-Do-Check framework
- Guided discovery - what it looks like and why it can be challenging to apply
- How CO-OP principles can be applied to your caseload (and when it isn't appropriate)
- Case discussion
