Bellarine singer-songwriter Cheryl Hann-Woodlock is proud to debut her NEW album, “Sing For Your Soul”.This is an afternoon of heartfelt music of inspiring stories and memorable melodies that will touch your heart, lift your spirits and fill your soul.
Cheryl began singing professionally at the age of 16, performing throughout Melbourne’s vibrant music scene as a solo artist for more than 20 years. After stepping away grove the industry for 25 years and finding herself single after a 40 year relationship, Cheryl returned to her first love- music. Drawing on a lifetime of experiences, she began writing and recording original songs, reclaiming a her passion for performance and creative expression.
Hey first single from the acclaimed “Breathe” album, “Would I Change Anything”, was nominated among the Top 10 Songs of the Year and Top 10 Lyrics of the Year at Tamworth in 2026. Since then, Cheryl’s music has continuous to resonate with audiences both in Australia and internationally. Her singles, “I Still Care” and “Broken” have achieved international success, charting in the USA and reaching Australians Top 10 Country charts.
The release of “Sing For Your Soul” has been eagerly anticipated, with Cheryl sharing the stories behind her songs through interviews across Australia and the USA. Renowned for her unique voice, warm stage presence, and captivating story telling, Cheryl has a remarkable ability to connect deeply with audiences.
Joining Cheryl on stage is acclaimed singer and pianist David Van Elst. Together they create beautiful harmonies that enrich every performance bringing Cheryl’s songs to life.
This special album launch concert will feature two original musical sets, inclusions favorites from Cheryl acclaimed “Breathe” album, every song from the newly released “Sing For Your Soul”, and brand new material fresh from the recording studio of David Van Elst.
