Knowing what you need to do, and actually starting it, are two completely different skills when you have an ADHD brain. If organising, beginning and finishing tasks feels harder than it "should," you're not lazy and you're not failing. Most productivity advice was built for brains that work differently to yours. This session wasn't.

This free online workshop is full of practical, neuroaffirming tools for getting things done, the kind that actually fit how ADHD brains work.

We'll cover:
- Organising your work in a way you can see, not just store, with visual calendars and the apps worth your time
- Getting past the "I can't begin" wall when tasks feel impossible to start
- Simple, visual and verbal ways to work out what actually matters
- Setting up your sensory world so focus comes more easily
- A few brain-friendly hacks, including the focus window after movement and how body doubling helps

It's neuroaffirming, trauma-informed and PDA-friendly throughout. No shame, no "just try harder," just tools that respect how your brain really works.
For teens and adults. Come as you are, camera on or off, whatever feels right.
