Meeting at the Southern Gate Adelaide Oval Tours take you behind-the-scenes where you’ll discover hidden secrets and relive celebrated moments. Expert ambassadors share captivating tales of the history of the venue, the sporting greats who have competed here, and the Oval’s iconic status in SA.You’ll run onto Adelaide Oval to the roar of a 50,000-strong crowd, climb the stairs to the 100-year-old heritage-listed scoreboard and gain an insight into match-day preparations inside the players’ change-rooms – all of these experiences and more are included on a Stadium Tour. After the tour there is an opportunity for an early lunch at the Koffee Ink Cafe, near the Southern Gate. Limited parking is available on War Memorial Drive at Council costs.
The train station is an easy walk across the footbridge and brings you straight to the Southern Gate entry
