From there, the team from will share the techniques and knowledge that have earned them a reputation as some of Australia's leading pitmasters and live-fire cooks, covering smoking, fire management, grilling and the methods that transform great produce into memorable food. As the smoker works its magic and the aromas begin to build, you'll gain a deeper appreciation for the craft behind exceptional barbecue and the role that time, patience and technique play in every stage of the process.
