Tech Help Group Sessions
About
Free, fun digital skills sessions for all ages.Want to feel more confident online? Our Term 3 Tech Help sessions are a free, friendly way to build your digital skills one topic at a time.
Across the term we cover the practical things that make everyday life online easier and safer: getting the most out of the library catalogue and digital collection, staying safe from scams, telling real news from fake, understanding AI and where it already shows up in your life, keeping up with library news through the app, finding newspapers and journals, contributing to citizen science, and using apps to stay ready in an emergency.
Each session stands on its own, so you can come to the ones that interest you or join us for the whole series. Sessions are relaxed and hands-on, run in small groups so everyone gets a hand if they need one, with plenty of time for questions.
No experience needed.
Just bring your curiosity, and your own device if you have one.
Sessions run 11am to 12.30pm on Thursdays at East Maitland.
See the individual session details for dates and topics.
