About
What happens when people don't feel heard, valued, visible or safe? Join TEDx speaker and empathy educator Leanne Butterworth for a powerful keynote exploring the hidden cost of silence in our workplaces, organisations and communities.
Drawing on neuroscience, lived experience and practical leadership strategies, Leanne will demonstrate how empathetic leadership builds trust, strengthens culture, improves wellbeing and creates environments where people thrive. Attendees will gain practical insights into fostering stronger relationships, better communication and more connected, resilient teams.
Presented by AUSTAFE Queensland Inc., this event supports the development of aspiring, emerging and established leaders across business, government, education, community and not-for-profit sectors.
All ticket proceeds will be reinvested into professional development opportunities for emerging and aspiring leaders in vocational education and training, helping to build the next generation of leaders and strengthen our communities.
