Join Lauren for an energetic and empowering series of Commercial and Heels workshops designed to help dancers build confidence, performance quality, and stage presence.Known for her dynamic teaching style and infectious energy, Lauren is passionate about creating a positive and encouraging environment where dancers can challenge themselves, develop their artistry, and perform with confidence. Her classes blend technique, musicality, and industry-inspired choreography, giving dancers the opportunity to refine their skills while embracing their individuality.
From the fun and expressive foundations of Junior Commercial Jazz, to the high-energy style of Intermediate Commercial, and the confidence-building artistry of Senior Heels, each workshop is tailored to suit the age and experience level of the dancers while providing an engaging and rewarding training experience.
Workshop Times – Tuesday 7th of July
3:30pm – 4:45pm: Junior Commercial Jazz (Ages Under 10)
5:00pm – 6:15pm: Intermediate Commercial (Ages 11–15)
6:30pm – 7:45pm: Senior Heels (Ages 16+)
