A new term of Aikido begins on the 1st Tuesday of the term, with a welcoming, family-friendly class open to ages 7 to 70+.
Aikido is a Japanese martial art that develops balance, awareness, confidence and connection. Rather than relying on strength, it teaches timing, movement and positioning, making it accessible for people of all ages, sizes and fitness levels.
Whether you're looking for a new challenge, a way to improve focus and coordination, or simply an opportunity to move and learn together as a family, Aikido offers a supportive environment where everyone can progress at their own pace.
