General admission ticket holders will access the main event. No alcohol, glass products, BBQs are to be brought in to the event.
This is a licenced venue - Alcohol purchases must be consumed at the event and cannot be taken from the venue. Responsible service of alcohol will be practiced at all times across all bars at the event.
Dress code for pit admission - enclosed shoes must be worn. No smoking in the pits, no alcohol allowed in the pits.
Warning - Boat Racing is Dangerous - By purchasing tickets to this event, you enter entirely at your own risk and acknowledge and agree that all persons having any connection with the promotion and/or conduct of the meeting including the owners of the land and the drivers and owners of the boats are absolved from all liabilitiets in respect of personal injury whether fatal or otherwise to you or damage to your property however caused.
Corporate VIP Tickets:
VIP tickets holders receive access to the event and the separate VIP marquee area. After gaining entry to the event using the purchased ticket, VIP ticket holders will be greeted at the VIP marquee where they will receive a lanyard and a wristband for access to the drink package. Alcohol will only be served in the VIP area with display of the VIP wristband for the specific day.
All alcohol must be consumed within the VIP area. No alcohol can be taken out of the VIP area. Responsible service of alcohol will be practiced at all times across all bars at the event.

Camping
Camping tickets are to assist with the cost of administration of this temporary camp ground and DA approval for 2027 with Hawkesbury City Council.
Each camping ticket is for a 10mx10m marked and allocated site for campers, caravans and roof top tents only (no ground tents). It is one cost ($50 ticket) per site for camping from Friday 18 September 2026 - with all sites to be cleared on Monday 21 September 2026. All camping is self-sufficient with toilets available at the event during the day and at the council park overnight. No grey water is to be released from vans. No camp fires are permitted. All noise must be limited at all times with local residents overlooking the camp sites.
You only need to purchase 1 ticket on Saturday 19 September 2026 for the entire weekend for one site.
A camp host will greet all registered campers and show allocated site. All equipment must remain inside the allocated space in case of emergencies. All vehicle access lanes must be kept clear at all times. All vans with towbar must be able to be towed out of site if needed.
In case of local flooding, the event and camping will be canceled when flood levels reach a trigger level in advice with HCC and Maritime. All ticket costs will be refunded through TryBooking if the event or camping does not proceed.
A maximum of 4 tickets can be purchased in one sale. If more than one ticket is purchased together, sites will be allocated next to each other.
Purchase of a camping site does not gain entry to the event. A separate entry ticket purchased at the gate will be required.
