Pizza & Pixels @ NFSA - July 2026

RSVP to come along, catch up and play local games. If you have a digital or tabletop project to playtest, book a Showcase Ticket and bring any gear you need to run it. If the first wave of Showcase Tickets runs out, we may or may not be able to open more spaces, so please book ASAP.

CanDev and the NFSA may take photos and video recordings at the event. Please speak to the event organisers if you don't want to be photographed.
Venue Access
Our event venue is the Gallery space at the National Film and Sound Archive (NFSA).
McCoy Cct is our main entry point and closest to parking. Liversidge St has the ramp, so may be best for anyone with heavy equipment or using a trolley.
NFSA staff will be present in the Foyer (on the McCoy Cct side of the building) to help direct you.
No need to check-in, just make your way directly to the Gallery via the courtyard.

We welcome digital and tabletop games for playtesting and showcasing! Just book a Showcase Ticket and answer some questions about your game.
You will need to bring all the gear you need to run your game e.g. computer, monitor, keyboard etc. CanDev will supply tables, chairs, and power cords.
As part of booking your ticket you can submit a screenshot/image from your game which we will use in the announcement slides.
Showcase Tickets close on the Monday afternoon before P&P, to give us time to prep. Make sure you book yours early!
Filming & Photography
This event may be filmed and photographed by CanDev and NFSA. Recordings and photographs may be used by CanDev and NFSA and their partners for marketing purposes. By holding a ticket to this event, you consent to you and minors in your care being filmed and photographed for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, please email CanDev or speak to NFSA staff upon arrival.
Testing & Tagging
All electrical devices used at P&P are required to have been tested & tagged.
If you need to use devices to showcase your game and they aren't already tested & tagged, the NFSA offers a testing & tagging service before P&P. This will need to be booked at the same time you book your showcase ticket. Slots are limited!
