Our final session brings everything together in a deeply immersive full chakra sound bath.

Returning to the hall where it all began feels incredibly special. This is where I first shared my Chakra Sound Bath Series, and now I'm returning with deeper knowledge

Over the years, my understanding of energy, sound, breath, and the body has continued to evolve, and I'm so excited to share this new journey with you.

Each fortnight you'll experience:

✨ 5–10 minutes of gentle movement to awaken the body and the chakra we'll be exploring.
✨ Gentle breath awareness to help you settle, ground, and reconnect.
✨ A deeply restorative sound bath designed to support and integrate the energy of each chakra.
✨ Colour therapy and carefully chosen scents to immerse you in the frequency and qualities of each energy centre.
✨ A mantra to take home and work with throughout the week.

✨ An opportunity to learn about each chakra, including the signs of balance and imbalance, so you can begin recognising how these energy centres show up in your own life.

This series isn't about "fixing" yourself. It's about creating space to listen, reconnect, and cultivate a deeper awareness of your mind, body, and energy.

Whether you're completely new to chakras or looking to deepen your existing practice, this series offers a supportive space to slow down, receive, and reconnect with yourself.
