About

A morning dedicated to empowering women through health, education and connection. Enjoy an energising Zumba wellness session, an informative diabetes awareness talk, delicious morning tea, and the chance to win fantastic raffle prizes. For the first time, we'll also be offering a quiet, supervised children's corner throughout the event, allowing mums to relax and fully participate with peace of mind. We look forward to welcoming you for an inspiring morning of wellbeing, community and self-care. 💜
