Honour the season of winter and take a step back from life's demands to gift yourself a sacred pause to rest and replenish your energy.Winter is a time of introspection, of turning inwards. It's a time of rest and reflection. The cold, darker days naturally encourage us to turn inwards and it can be hard to honour this when the busy world doesn't stop with its commitments and pressures.
On Sunday, July 19th, take 2 sacred hours for yourself for a time out. Put everything on pause and just be.
Yin yoga will focus on winter's water element. This season and element govern the Kidney and Urinary Bladder meridians, which are responsible for your foundational energy and emotional reserves. Your delicious yin practice supported by sound will then settle into a blissful savasana sound bath.
The sound bath will include 15 high-quality 432hz tuned crystal singing bowls, challis, shamanic drums, rainstick, ocean drum, other percussion, and chimes.
You'll leave feeling rejuvenated and back in alignment once more.
