Held annually at the symbolic pinnacle of the Lion's Gate Portal.

Each year, from late July through to mid-August, many spiritual and astrological traditions honour the Lion's Gate Portal - a symbolic period associated with heightened awareness, heart-centred living and conscious creation. The portal reaches its symbolic peak on 8 August (8:8), inviting a time of reflection, intention and inner expansion.

To honour this extraordinary annual gateway, we invite you to join us for Divine Expansion - a full-day immersive journey of breathwork, ceremony, nature and conscious creation.

Held within the private sanctuary of Heartwood Farm, this intimate experience gently weaves together ceremony, transformational breathwork, nervous system restoration, sound healing and the healing power of nature, creating space for deep rest, reflection and conscious expansion.

Throughout the day, you'll be gently guided by three experienced facilitators, each bringing their own unique gifts to create a deeply supportive and transformational experience. Together, Lionsgate Wellness, Lion Hearts Breathwork and Mama White Lion unite for this special annual gathering, held only once each year at the height of the Lion's Gate Portal.

Set on 102 private acres in the Byron Bay Hinterland, Heartwood Farm provides an extraordinary setting for deep rest and transformation.

No previous experience is necessary - only a willingness to arrive with curiosity, an open heart and a readiness to embrace whatever the day may offer.

HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS

Transformational breathwork is a safe practice for most people. However, certain medical conditions may require medical clearance or may not be suitable for this experience.

Please consult your healthcare practitioner before attending if you have:

• Cardiovascular disease or a history of heart attack

• Uncontrolled high blood pressure

• Aneurysms

• Epilepsy

• Glaucoma or detached retina

• Osteoporosis

• Pregnancy

• Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or any acute psychiatric condition

• Severe asthma (please bring your inhaler if your doctor confirms it is safe for you to participate)

WHAT TO BRING

• Comfortable clothing

• Journal and pen

• Swimwear and towel (optional creek immersion)

• An offering for the Earth to Altar creation such as a flower, feather, shell, leaf or seed pod. 

• A handwritten note sharing what you are ready to release, which will be offered to the fire during our closing ceremony.

• An open heart and a curious mind.
