We are delighted to host the launch of Frankie Gritton's debut picture book, 'A House Made of Books'.
Simon loves books. He loves them so much, he decides to build a house made of books. Simon works hard, stacking book after book, until he has the perfect cosy home – a house made of poems and pictures, stories and songs.
Simon is very happy in his new home – until one day, a neighbour stops by to borrow a book. Before long, everyone wants to borrow a book from Simon – and the little house starts to look a bit wobbly. But when Simon's house made of books comes tumbling down, his friends and neighbours come together to rebuild his home – bigger and stronger than ever before.
Free, but bookings are essential.
