Come together to enjoy a day of wellbeing connection and joy as we 'Step into Spring' together.

A light lunch will be provided to nourish and connect.

The daily program activities include:

Line Dancing-10.00am-11.00am
Mindful Monochromatic Colouring 11.00am-12.00pm
Chair Yoga 12.45pm-1.45pm
Sound Bath 2.00pm-3.00pm
