This 2-day workshop focuses on how to create the conditions for more flow in therapeutic practice while also being able to locate stillness and equanimity. The following aspects are experientially explored:*Keeping Mindful Awareness at the Centre of your practice
*Adopting an Experiential and Collaborative approach
*Re-learning to Trust in Somatic Awareness and Information (yours/clients)
*Increasing capacity for Tracking: somatic, story and in what’s in the field
*Finding your edges (personally and professionally) and working with those
*Increase your confidence in balancing Following and Leading
*Practice of being with not-knowing and keeping your equanimity
*Movement and Somatic Resourcing
Day 1 will be include a time of settling and centring through mindful embodied awareness, experiental practices, and explorations in pairs and small; groups...Day 2 will continue with deepening into practice, both personally and in your therapeautic practices, as well as an extended movement period with Soul Motion teacher Kate-Marie Mustears.

An invition to share some experiments with how we resource from the richness of our body wisdom with gentle and subtle movements. Soul Motion is a relational movement practice and its simple and rich architecture can support people to discover and be with what lyes within whilst being in relation with another, a community and everyday motions of life. Kate-marie will offer some integrative and playful invitations during our weekend together to complement and enrich the therapeutic practices offered by Aladdin.
