Do you want to feel good? We are a friendly group, and all exercises can be adapted to suit your capabilities.
Easy access to the hall from the large carpark is very walker friendly, there are steps/ramp at the front entrance, and we use chairs as needed for stability. We exercise either sitting or standing whichever way you are comfortable with. Why not check us out?
