Lotte Gallagher is bringing a special fans-first show to Merri Creek Tavern, giving fans the chance to hear brand-new music performed live for the very first time before its official release. Alongside a stack of fresh tracks, she'll also be serving up all the cult favourites that have made her one of Australia's most exciting rising artists.After breaking through as an Unearthed High finalist, Lotte’s star rose throughout 2024 into 2025. Lotte shared her debut EP A Better Feeling in 2024 – an assured and addictive collection of songs that combined the effortless cool of modern indie with the nostalgic energy of the 90s rock she was raised on. The EP yielded the popular lead single 'Adam' (over 1 million streams on DSPs), and follow-ups 'Gray' and 'This Room', which resonated with a new wave of indie fans.
Not one to slow down, Lotte released her second EP ‘Blasé Vengeance’ in 2025. Gallagher’s confidence is key to the DNA of this EP: from the swirling chaos of record opener ‘PTRCK’, to the driving pace of ‘OUT OF PATIENCE’, it is evident that the artist is guiding this sonic experience with a clear grasp on identity and vision.
It wasn’t long before Lotte was opening for the likes of The Beaches, Ricky Montgomery, St Vincent, Matt Corby, Holy Holy and Telenova, and gracing festival stages including Laneway, Bass In The Grass and Party In The Paddock. In 2025, Lotte performed (and sold-out) her first ever headline gigs in Melbourne and Sydney, debuting a brand-new band with a well-honed show.
