Charlie Jane Anders is an award-winning, nationally bestselling author. She's won the Hugo, Nebula, Sturgeon, Lambda Literary, Crawford and Locus Awards. She co-created Escapade/Shela Sexton, a transgender superhero, for Marvel Comics and wrote her into the long-running New Mutants comic. Her latest book, Lessons in Magic and Disaster, is the story of a young scholar who teaches her mother how to do magic, while unraveling the scandalous secrets of a mysterious novel from 1749.
Amie Kaufman is an Australian author. She has authored New York Times bestselling and internationally bestselling science fiction and fantasy for young adults. Her latest novel is One Knight Stand, the outrageously funny cosy fantasy YA sequel to medieval romp Lady's Knight.
