Tuning in to Teens returns this September with our popular six-week parenting programme, held each week from Wednesday September 2nd 2026 - 1.30 pm to 3.00 pm. This evidence-based course helps parents and carers better understand their teenager's emotions, respond with confidence and build stronger, more positive relationships. Participants often tell us they leave with practical skills they can use every day and a greater sense of connection with their teen. Numbers are limited to ensure everyone can participate, so early bookings are essential.Date
