Camperdown's Angela Preiss will lead us in sound bath meditations.
The sounds produced by sound bowls are thought to help focus the mind and deepen meditation. Singing bowls are also used in traditional healing practices, creating vibrations believed to restore balance and harmony within the body, mind, and spirit.
