Connor is an award-winning Swim Teacher and Assistant Manager of the Darren Lange Swimming Academy. He is passionate for advocacy for inclusive education. In his role at Darren Lange Swimming Academy, he plays a key role in overseeing operations and ensuring a high-quality learning experience for all swimmers.
Recognised as the 2024 SWIM Australia Teacher of the Year (Learners with a Disability), and 2025 SWIM Coaches & Teachers Australia QLD Branch award for Swim Teacher of the Year, Connor is dedicated to creating an Inclusive and Supportive environment for students of all abilities. Diagnosed with ASD at age 4, he brings firsthand understanding and deep commitment to fostering neurodiversity within the swimming industry.
Beyond teaching, as Director of his organisation Aquatic Training Solutions Australia, Connor actively trains and mentors Teachers, Managers, and Businesses on how to support Neurodivergent Individuals. His leadership and Advocacy continue to shape a more inclusive future for Aquatic Education. Connor also holds his TAE accreditation, and is a trainer for SWIM Australia.
