Vibes in the Vines – Australia Day at The Gurdies Winery: A celebration of local music, makers and community pride

Set amongst the beautiful vines of The Gurdies Winery, Vibes in the Vines is a brand‑new Australia Day festival created for, and powered by, our region. It’s a relaxed, family‑friendly day designed to showcase homegrown musicians, local businesses and the people who make our community unique.

Live Local Music
Enjoy an afternoon and evening of performances from talented regional musicians and bands:

12:00 – 1:45pm — The Swamp Dogs

2:00 – 3:45pm — Seth Stone and the Forge

4:00 – 5:45pm — Harping On

6:00 – 8:00pm — The Times

Fashion in the Vines
Experience runway showcases featuring local designers, boutiques and regional fashion. Presentations will be hosted by Newhaven Pageant Queen and former Miss Australia 2025 Bree Tiana, alongside current Miss Galaxy Paige Harrington.

A Day for Families, Friends and Neighbours
Bring a picnic, gather your favourite people and settle in for a relaxed Australia Day celebration surrounded by the winery’s stunning landscape. With music, fashion, and constant entertainment running through the day, there’s something for everyone.

Vibes in the Vines is proudly brought to the community by Eggrin Events, The Gurdies Winery, Waterline Community Playgroup, and local volunteers Rowanne Grinsted and Helen Zervopoulos — a true regional collaboration.

We’re excited to build a new Australia Day tradition that celebrates the creativity, talent and togetherness of our region.
