Parkinson’s WA has partnered with generous solicitors to offer Wills Days, where simple Wills are professionally prepared in exchange for a modest contribution to our work.Cost: $150 per person or $250 per couple (plus a small booking fee).
Creating your Will is easy:
1. Book and pay online
2. Complete the Client Information Brief (emailed after booking)
3. Send your completed Client Information Brief to the Solicitor before your appointment (instructions will be sent upon registration).
Having a Will ensures your wishes are honoured and your loved ones cared for. Please consider leaving a gift in your Will to Parkinson’s WA — your legacy will help us continue vital services for the Parkinson’s community.
Getting here:
- Limited parking is available at The Niche (entry via Hospital Ave). Additional street parking and paid parking at the hospital (Winthrop Ave entrance) are nearby.
- Buses 24, 25, 26, 103, 998, 999, 950, and the Purple CAT stop within a 5-minute walk.
