We’re keeping this one proudly local from right here in Meander Valley....
Join us around the long table as we welcome the famous local Whisky Loving Men in person, Tim + Corey from Western Tiers Distillery with special guest appearance Pop Boots for an evening celebrating world-class whisky made right here in Westbury.
If you’ve ever wondered what goes into crafting a great Tasmanian single malt, this is your chance to hear it straight from the people behind the stills. We’ll taste our way through a selection of their handcrafted whiskies, hear the stories behind each bottle, and discover how the landscapes of the Great Western Tiers inspire every drop.
As always, there’ll be a few Lucy Boots treats coming from the test kitchen, plenty of laughs, a few surprises, and some special bottles available to take home on the night.
Whether you’re already a whisky tragic or you’ve always been whisky-curious, this is a night to slow down, pull up a chair next to Pop + fellow Whisky adventurers and discover why Tasmanian whisky is turning heads around the world.
Seats are limited, so gather your favourites and book early, this one will definitely be a sell-out.
