Join us for our 16th Herb & Chilli Festival!

Fifteen years of fantastic food, wine and music.  We are now having young adults returning who have been coming since they were young kids.  Started when they only ate Maccas or KFC and now love all the amazing flavours our stall holders bring each year. In 2027 you can explore over 85 stalls offering a wide range of spicy chilli and other great products. Sample tongue-tingling sauces, rubs, and marinades, and discover tantalizing drinks that will add an extra kick to your palate.  The kids (even the adult ones) will love the presence of our new friendly dragons

Engage in one of our 5 exhilarating competitions, including Captain Chilli, Stinger Wing Challenge and Shot ‘n’ Holler. Also one for our yiounger guests - Chilli Corn Challenge. Witness live cooking demos and learn new recipes to elevate your culinary skills. Delight in a variety of delectable dishes from our mouthwatering vendors, and refresh yourself with locally crafted beverages. Families are welcome, and children under 14 can enter for free with any paying adult. Travel to the festival hassle-free with our convenient Chilli Express shuttle bus service, available from Lilydale train station.
