About

Explore how breath, movement and the nervous system shape your voice—and open the way to freer, more authentic expression.

Resonance – The Embodied Voice

What if your voice could tell you more about yourself than your words ever could?

Resonance – The Embodied Voice is an immersive one-day experience exploring the powerful connection between voice, body, breath, nervous system, emotion, movement and expression.

Your voice is more than sound.

It carries your energy, your experiences, your emotions and the parts of you that may have learned to speak freely — or stay silent.

Through somatic exploration, breathwork, vocal techniques, sound, meditation, movement and guided practices, you’ll be invited to discover what happens when you move beyond simply using your voice and begin to feel it from within.

You don't need to be a singer.
You don't need vocal experience.
You don't need to perform.

This is not about having a “beautiful” voice.

It’s about finding greater connection, presence and freedom in the voice that is uniquely yours.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • The relationship between voice, body and nervous system

  • Breath and embodied expression

  • Vibration, frequency and resonance

  • Humming, sound and vocal exploration

  • Somatic practices for releasing tension and increasing awareness

  • The patterns that can cause us to hold back or silence ourselves

  • How it feels to take up space and be heard

  • Creating a deeper sense of safety, presence and authentic expression

With guided meditation, vocal coaching, breathwork, embodied practices and sound for a deeply immersive experience, this is a day to slow down, tune in and listen differently.

Come curious.
Come open.
Come exactly as you are.

You may arrive thinking you're simply exploring your voice…

and leave hearing yourself in an entirely new way.

Resonance – The Embodied Voice

A day to breathe.
A day to feel.
A day to sound.
A day to be heard.
