Terms & Conditions
Booking Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received, and a confirmation email has been issued.
If you would like more than one photo, you need to book more than one session. Eg: 2 x sessions booked = 2 x photos.
One session is equivalent to 5-minutes.
Arrival Time
Participants must arrive at least 5 minutes before their scheduled session time.
Sessions will commence and conclude at the exact time selected during booking.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals will only receive the remaining time available in their booked session.
Session times cannot be extended due to late arrival, as this may impact other bookings.
No refunds, credits, or rescheduled sessions will be provided for late arrivals.
No-Shows
If you do not attend your scheduled session, your booking will be forfeited.
No refunds, credits, or transfers will be provided for no-shows.
Cancellation & Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted no later than 5 days before the event date.
Refund requests received within 5 days of the event are not eligible for a refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests are subject to session availability and must be made at least 3 days before the event.
Rescheduling cannot be guaranteed and will not be made on the day.
Event Changes
The organiser reserves the right to modify session schedules or cancel the event if required due to unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of cancellation by the organiser, a full refund will be provided.
Photography
By attending, participants agree to follow the directions of the photographer to ensure sessions run efficiently and on time.
Acceptance of Terms
By completing a booking, attendees acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.
Important: To ensure all families receive their allocated photography time, sessions will start and finish strictly at the booked time. Late arrivals may lose part or all of their session and will not be eligible for a refund.
