2026 HDNA Pathway Development Program

The HDNA Pathway Development Program has been designed specifically for athletes born in 2015 who aspire to trial for the 2027 HDNA 12 Years Representative Program. To be eligible for the Pathway Development Program, players must be registered in the 2026 HDNA Saturday competition. 

Rather than focusing solely on technical drills, this program develops the whole athlete through a games-based learning approach. Sessions are designed to improve decision-making, game awareness, confidence, resilience and technical execution within realistic game situations.

Athletes will also learn what representative selectors look for, how to prepare mentally for trials, and strategies to perform under pressure.

Parents will also be involved in a dedicated information session to ensure they understand how to best support their daughter throughout the representative selection process.
