Preparing for Supervision
Webinar Recording
ABOUT THE WEBINAR
The impact of good supervision doesn’t end when the session finishes—it ideally resonates between sessions, shaping practice in meaningful and ongoing ways. Preparation plays a powerful role in laying the foundations for this.
In this webinar, Fiona will explore the Supervisor’s role in supporting thoughtful, purposeful preparation that enhances both the depth and continuity of supervision. Together, we’ll consider how preparation can invite richer reflection, strengthen focus, and make supervision more than a one-off conversation.
Fiona will share practical frameworks and ideas to help scaffold supervisees’ preparation, supporting supervision as an ongoing, evolving process rather than a standalone session.
The webinar includes a live demonstration of the conversational flow of concepts described in the webinar.
Registrants will receive the slides, recording, and resources to support integration of the webinar content into their supervision practice.
