About

'Not All Roads Lead to Rome' is a unique private Art collection consisting of 25 pieces of 2D and 3D works by national and international artists, which has been generously donated to MIAC.

Most of the art on display forms a diverse map of Australia, particularly the Indigenous art.

The collection stems from the donor’s research in Australia's remote communities & her relationship with the people from those communities.

There are also more conventional European style Australian works as well as those acquired when the donor retired from academia and worked further afield in government conflict resolution.

Exhibition officially opens at 2pm on 19th August until 21st September. Entry is free but numbers are limited.
