Join Fonó Folk Dance Ensemble Melbourne for a fun-filled day of Hungarian folk dancing, arts, crafts and games for all ages!Whether you're a beginner or already enjoy Hungarian folk dance, come along and experience traditional Hungarian dances from Kalotaszeg in a welcoming community atmosphere.

🎶 About the Workshop
Spend the day learning and enjoying Hungarian folk traditions through dance, music, creative activities and games. The program offers something for children, young people and adults, making it a great event for families and the wider Hungarian folk-dance community.
Led by Kerepesi Zoltán és Szikra-Tóth Ágnes, experienced dance teachers from Hungary, the workshop will introduce participants to traditional dance styles, lively music, and the rich cultural heritage behind Hungary's folk traditions. No partner is required—just wear comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for dancing.
This workshop is a fantastic opportunity to learn new skills, meet new people, and experience the energy and joy of Hungarian folk dance. Suitable for children, teens and adults of all experience levels.
What to bring:
• Comfortable clothing (optional skirt for girls)
• Flat, supportive shoes or dance shoes
