Ready Set Dance Sessions

Designed especially for little ones aged 18 months to 5 years, this fun-filled session is the perfect introduction to the world of dance. Children will groove along to their favourite Ready Set Dance songs, explore movement, play with props, build confidence, and make new friends in a fun and welcoming environment. No dance experience is needed, just bring your biggest smile and get ready to dance!

Terms & Conditions

By registering for and/or participating in the free dance sessions conducted by The Industry Performing Arts Studio at Figtree Grove, participants (or their parent/guardian if under 18 years of age) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Event Organiser
   1. These free dance sessions are organised and delivered by The Industry Performing Arts Studio.
   2. Figtree Grove is providing the venue location only and is not responsible for the organisation, supervision, operation, or conduct of the dance sessions.
2. Participation at Own Risk
   1. Participation in dance activities involves physical movement and carries inherent risks of injury.
   2. Participants attend and participate entirely at their own risk.
   3. The Industry Performing Arts Studio and Figtree Grove accept no responsibility for any injury, loss, damage, or personal property loss arising from participation in the sessions, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
3. Parental/Guardian Responsibility
   1. Participants under 18 years of age must be registered or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
   2. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that participating children are medically fit and capable of safely taking part in the activities.
4. Waiver Requirement
   1. A participation waiver and release form must be completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian for all participants under 18 years of age prior to participation.
   2. Adults aged 18 years and over must complete and sign their own waiver.
   3. Participants will not be permitted to take part until the waiver has been completed and signed.
5. Medical Conditions
   1. Participants must disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or health concerns that may affect their ability to participate safely.
   2. The Industry Performing Arts Studio reserves the right to refuse participation where it believes participation may pose a risk to the individual or others.

6. Photography and Video
   1. Photography and videography may be taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes by The Industry Performing Arts Studio and/or Figtree Grove.
   2. By attending, participants consent to the use of their image unless they advise event staff otherwise on the day.
7. Behaviour and Safety
   1. Participants must follow all instructions provided by The Industry Performing Arts Studio instructors and event staff.
   2. The Industry Performing Arts Studio reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.
8. Changes or Cancellation
   1. The Industry Performing Arts Studio reserves the right to amend, postpone, or cancel sessions due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
9. Acceptance of Terms
   1. Registration for, attendance at, or participation in the dance sessions constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Important Notice:  Figtree Grove is not the host, operator, or supervisor of these dance sessions. Participation is undertaken at the participant's own risk, and a signed waiver is required before participation.
