In August 2026, filmmakers from across the region had just seven days to write, shoot and edit an original short film for the inaugural Shine Shootout. The Encore brings every one of those films to the big screen at The Strand — award winners, finalists and every story in between — across three curated sessions in one celebration of regional filmmaking.
