Giacomo will give a live cooking demonstration, showing how he makes his maccheroncini with saltbush & venison ragù, while sharing the process and cooking vocabulary in Italian
Then we’ll sit down together for lunch, enjoy the pasta and practise Italian conversation in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere
Whether you’re confident speaking Italian or still finding your words, you’re welcome, you don’t need to speak fluent Italian to join us.
You’ll also receive the recipe in both Italian and English, along with some useful Italian words and expressions from the experience.
And to finish, we’ll enjoy a traditional moka coffee together
