AOGKF Senior Online Kata Seminar

AOGKF President and IOGKF Mentorship Committee member, Sensei David Lambert, will give a special intensive senior Kata session on September 26, 2026. The seminar will be delivered via Zoom live from the Lambert Karate Dojo. This seminar will cover the details of Sanseru, Sepai, Kururunfa, Sesan and Suparimpei, with 30 minute being spent on each Kata.This is a great way to brush up your technique prior to the Asian Pacific Gasshuku in November. Participants may join and particpate up to the highest Kata their Sensei has shown to them. Recordings availabe after.
