You are warmly invited to attend the Northern Health Memorial Service led by Spiritual Care, Palliative Care and Social Work teams.
The service is an opportunity for relatives and loved ones to join together in honouring the memory of those who passed away between 1 Dec 2025 and 31 May 2026 at Northern Health.
We encourage you to bring a photograph or a memento of your loved one to the service, as there will be an opportunity to reflect, remember and celebrate together.
Light refreshments will be provided after the service.
There is free parking available on the night (map below).
Please arrive at 6:15 PM for 6:30 PM start.
Note: allow a little extra time to locate parking due to ongoing construction works.
