Welcome to Biodanza, the “dance of life”. Practiced all around the world, this is dance for anyone. Movement for how you feel, not how you look. There are no steps to learn, no mirrors and no way to get it wrong.
With regular practice, you'll experience more joy and vitality, greater self-expression and deeper connections with yourself, life and other people.
What to expect on the night:
- An opening circle
- Dancing for around an hour
- Tea, snacks and time to chat after
Places are limited, so bookings are essential.
About your facilitator:
As an experienced social worker and facilitator, Nicole brings her personal warmth and professional knowledge to facilitating Biodanza, combining her deep knowledge of humans and groups with the somatic wisdom of Biodanza working with and within the body, without words or goals.
Nicole also facilitates creative experiences in jewellery and writing poetry, as well as being an artisan and a seeker of the small pleasures in life.
