Swing Into Golf - School Holiday Junior Golf Clinics
About
School Holiday Junior Golf ClinicsGet outdoors these school holidays and have some fun with golf!
Cooma Golf Club is excited to welcome young professional golfers Claire Brooker and Lachlan to deliver a series of fun and engaging junior golf clinics during the Spring and Summer 2026–27 school holidays.
The clinics are designed for young golfers aged 10–17, from complete beginners through to juniors who already play golf. No previous golf experience is required and participants do not need to have their own clubs to take part.
The focus is on learning, playing and having fun, with coaching incorporated into games, challenges and practical activities rather than traditional formal lessons.
Activities may include:
🏌️ Golf fundamentals and using different clubs
⛳ Putting games and challenges
🎯 Chipping and short-game activities
💥 Full swing and driver challenges
🏆 Skills competitions and fun games
🌿 On-course activities and playing skills
With two professional golfers involved, participants will have plenty of opportunities for hands-on coaching, individual feedback and interaction with the coaches. Claire and Lachlan will also share their experiences as young professionals and provide insight into the different pathways available in golf.
The clinics are designed to be positive, inclusive and suitable for a range of ages and abilities, with activities adapted to suit participants as required.
Places are limited, so bookings are essential.
Come along, learn some new skills, challenge yourself and most importantly — have fun with golf!
