Native Earth is bringing together an incredible group of people for a high-energy day of paintball, connection, adventure and fun at Next Level Paintball in Baldivis.
Native Earth is about much more than traditional support services. We create meaningful experiences centred around Action, Nature, Adventure and Authentic Human Connection.
Our work can include support, mentoring, facilitation, community connection, outdoor experiences, adventure, respite, personal development and helping people build confidence, independence and a stronger connection with life and community.

If you’re looking for support, mentorship, community connection, adventure or simply want to see what Native Earth is about, come along, meet the Tribe and experience it for yourself.
🔥 Joining the Native Earth Team
We’re also looking to connect with people who may be interested in future support, mentoring or facilitator-style roles with Native Earth.
We’re looking for genuine humans who enjoy connecting with people, being active, getting outdoors and helping others experience more from life.
You don’t necessarily need to come from a traditional disability-support background. We value life experience, character, initiative, communication, outdoor skills, leadership and the ability to build authentic relationships.
This is not a formal recruitment or onboarding day. There will be no interviews, paperwork or pressure on the day.
Come along, have fun, meet the team and experience the Native Earth culture firsthand.
Anyone interested in working with Native Earth will be provided with information about applying separately. Attendance does not guarantee employment or a position with Native Earth.

Native Earth is heavily subsidising this event.
Your ticket: only $30
Your contribution helps cover your paintballs, while Native Earth is covering the remaining event costs, equipment and wider experience.
Places are limited to approximately 50 people, so please only book if you genuinely intend to attend.

Arrive: 8:30 AM
Paintball starts: 9:00 AM
Please arrive by 8:30 AM to allow time for registration, equipment fitting and the safety briefing.

Paintball is simply the vehicle.
The real purpose of the day is connection.
You’ll meet people from the Native Earth community, current team members, potential future facilitators and others who share an interest in adventure, growth and authentic human connection.
We’ll also share the Native Earth story, where we’re heading and our vision for creating a community where people are encouraged to get outside, experience life, challenge themselves and build genuine relationships.
Expect plenty of laughs, action and good conversations.
